About

A certified appraiser who still does the measuring.

Every report is grounded in verified, on-site data — not behind a desk pulling numbers from an algorithm.

Background

Certified. Experienced. Hands-on.

Dallas Home Appraisals is operated by a Texas Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser (TALCB #1343883) based in the DFW Metroplex, with experience extending across Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and markets throughout the state of Texas.

Assignments range from straightforward single-family homes to multi-million dollar new construction, lakefront properties, and 2–4 unit multifamily — with 1,000+ residential appraisal assignments completed across every level of complexity.

Clients have included private lenders, hard money lenders, regional and national banks, AMCs, attorneys, and individual homeowners. Reports are prepared using industry-standard URAR Form 1004 and related forms, following USPAP guidelines on every assignment — whether it's a routine refinance or a contested valuation headed for a courtroom.

Every assignment is independently verified — comparables checked, adjustments documented, and site data confirmed before a report ever goes out.

Approach

Precision over shortcuts.

  • Comparables are cross-checked against county appraisal district and MLS records, not accepted at face value.
  • Adjustments are documented with clear reasoning — built to survive underwriter and attorney scrutiny alike.
  • A modern reporting workflow keeps turnaround fast without cutting corners on verification.
  • Direct communication throughout — you'll always know where your report stands.
